Request account deletion

You can delete your Driving Test Simulator account and its data at any time. There are two ways:

1. In the app

Open the app → tap your profile → Delete account. This removes your profile and report history.

2. By email (works even if you can't access the app)

Email us from the address you signed up with, so we can verify it's you:

We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  1. Your profile (name, email, licence number or PRN, badge photo, address if shared)
  2. All mock test and assessment reports stored in your account
  3. Instructor/student links involving your account

PDFs you exported or shared yourself stay wherever you saved them — they're under your control. Sign-in records at Google Firebase are removed with the account.
